Kinetic IT is an Accredited Training Provider and Examination Centre. All course material, trainers and procedures have been independently audited to comply with the international ITIL®\APMG syllabus.

All our trainers have extensive experience implementing ITIL principles, delivering practical insights into the application of ITIL concepts in a real world setting. Courses are designed to encourage a high degree of involvement and participation with maximum group sizes of 12. Theory is mixed with discussions and practical exercises to make sure that the concepts and terminology are not only understood but can be readily applied after the course.

The ITIL Service Management Framework

The IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL) is universally recognised as the most practical and widely applicable framework for Service Management. It forms the basis for the international standard (ISO\IEC 20000) and is used by government, multi-nationals, global service providers and many other organisations.

The latest iteration of ITIL, released in mid 2011, provides guidance through the Service Lifecycle of Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and Improvement.

Kinetic IT can deliver our course in-house, either at your premises or utilising our facilities. In-House training offers many benefits, not the least in price, which is based on the course and not the number of participants.
