ITIL® 'MineGames' Simulation

Back to List

Course Summary

MineGames puts the ITIL service management theory in a practical situation (of running a mine site).

Attendees are invited to play a role within the organisation (customer, user, support, management) and experience how using, or not using, best practices impact on their ‘work'. This is a great opportunity to get better acquainted with the service management principles; no theory and exam, but real practical experiences.

Lots of fun & educational as well!

The purpose of the ITIL ‘MineGames’ simulation is to use the theoretic service management concepts in a ‘real world’ environment. Through various rounds, the simulation covers key elements of the ITIL 4 service value chain.  The target group for the ITIL ‘MineGames' simulation are people that have completed the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management but wish to obtain a more practical understanding of the ITIL theory.

Kinetic IT offers this course as a bundle with the ITIL 4 Foundation training.  ITIL 4 is the latest iteration (released in 2019) and has been designed to help organisations meet the increasing demand from today’s complex digital environment. It expands previous versions by providing a practical and flexible basis to support organisations on their journey to the new world of digital transformation.
